Stephen Zarlenga works with Rep. Kucinich on The American Monetary Act, designed to resolve the banking crisis. This clip from a longer film defines 3 steps: In addition to nationalizing the Fed. and removing the power of banks to create money as debt out of thin air, the Act reminds us of the Constitution, Article I, Sec. 8, that states that our government has the sovereign power to issue money and spend it into circulation. Whatever you think about point 3 - the government could not possibly do any worse than the banks.
WHAT IF just 3 trillion of the bailout money had gone to the people instead of banks? With $9,800 per person mortgages would be paid, cars bought, and jobs maintained. There would be no financial crisis. Why do only banks, who caused the crisis, get free money from the very people they have hurt?
Ever wonder what economic democracy would look like? This was a lecture given last week by Union Theological Seminary and Colombia University professor, Dr. Gary Dorrien. In it, he lays out an alternative yet pragmatic model to the current neoliberal capitalism which seems to have gotten us into a lot of trouble lately.
The 5000 Year Leap indicated that the next leap would occur once the US has "radical monetary reform" pg 190.
Gold will not help us achieve sovereignty from the international bankers.
The US would have to borrow from THEM to get the gold.
The Wizard of Oz was an allegory about this subject.
Let's do what Franklin and Lincoln did by creating currency without private USURY/debt attached.

Sources both within the N.W.O. and MI6 and in China say the dollar will fall to under 6 cents by that time. In such an event, the Feds will try to implement martial law and detain millions of US citizens in concentration camps, according to CIA and other sources.I samma veva kommer vi att se följdreaktioner - eftersom dollarn är en så central valutaenhet inom världshandeln.

A cornerstone of the economic plan is to create a Bank of the State of Florida. We will put the power of modern banking to work for the people of Florida, not for Wall Street.
Over the years, interest has been the biggest cost most families had. When you pay interest to the bank, that means less money for your family. Reducing interest costs can save a family hundreds of thousands of dollars.
In today’s Coffee, Part 1, Joe distinguishes between debt-based (what we have now) and debt-free fiat money systems and explains why the debt-free solution is superior to reforms suggested by Austrian economists (like Peter Schiff), such as free banking and commodity (i.e. gold) backing.(läs allt)
Joe discusses the mythology behind the Continental, the debt-free currency that allowed the colonies to fund the revolutionary war independent of the european banks, as well as the hyperinflation of the Weimar currency in the 1920s. He recommends students read Stephen Zarlenga’s The Lost Science of Money for more detail. (läs allt)
**Pete starts by asking: if we can’t control govenment spending when we have to borrow the money (as we do now) the how can we keep it in check if we give the government the printing press? Everyone knows you can’t trust government!
Joe argues that the benefits of a government issue money system, like that advocated here, are its permanence and its simplicity... (läs allt)
